With 15+ years of experience spanning IT, Logistics & Supply Chain Operations, AI & Automation, Jerry has built eMaxlabz Solutions into a trusted partner for logistics companies worldwide. With 9+ years of experience in logistics operations, AB specializes in setting up and managing remote teams, ensuring seamless delivery and operational efficiency for clients. His expertise spans US logistics, freight factoring, accounts receivable & payable, carrier management, freight brokerage, and dispatch. AB’s strategic approach to operations, problem-solving skills, and deep industry knowledge enable clients to streamline logistics processes, optimize performance, and scale efficiently. When not managing client services, AB loves to travel and explore new destinations, always seeking new experiences and adventures.

Himanshu Tiwari (Jacob)

Director of Logistics Operations

With a strong background in operations, Himanshu is responsible for managing remote operations teams for our logistics clients. His expertise covers carrier operations, freight fulfillment, and track & trace operations, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency. Starting his career in travel and tourism, Himanshu transitioned into logistics and supply chain management, bringing a unique perspective on process optimization and service delivery. His hands-on approach and problem-solving skills help clients streamline operations and improve overall performance. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new travel destinations and staying connected with industry trends.
