Associate – Logistics Operations

GENERAL DETAILS :

Designation : Associate – Logistics Operations
Positions Open : 10
Location : Bangalore, Kasturi Nagar
Salary : INR 3,00,000 Per Annum + Performance Incentives
Experience : Freshers to 2 years of experience in any field
Education : Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream
Communication skills (written and oral) :Good to Excellent command over English
Work Hours : US Night Shifts
Work Days : Monday to Friday (5 day work week)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Understand the load requirements of the clients
Generate weekly/monthly route plans based on various metrics
Search, negotiate, and book loads from freight brokers and shippers
Maintain constant communication with the stakeholders via phone, email, and other channels
Hands-on experience with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD), Load boards, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Broker Credit Check, and Factoring Portals
Manage all the necessary paperwork involved from booking to post-delivery of the load
Build and maintain healthy relationships with clients, freight brokers, and shippers
Analyse data and generate reports
